All WMKM PC’s were cleaned, updated and configured for general use as of January 27th, 2017.

The PC’s configuration are now frozen. Any software downloads, installs or uninstalls, files that are saved to the desktop, downloads, my documents, my pictures, my videos or favorites will be erased the PC’s reboot or shutdown.

The PC’s configuration are now frozen. Any software downloads, installs or uninstalls, files that are saved to the desktop, downloads, my documents, my pictures, my videos or favorites will be erased the PC’s reboot or shutdown.

All of WMKM’s PC’s are configured to shutdown at 11pm if they’re idle.

You do have the option to cancel the shutdown by clicking on the cancel button.

All software on the WMKM PC’s are updated and maintained on a quarterly basis. If you need software installed, uninstalled or update contact Tim Gallagher or Gill Bailey.

• Windows Media Player 11

Try to reboot the PC. If you still have this problem, try to reboot again. If the problem presists, contact Tim Gallagher or Tim Bailey.

On the desktop, there’s an icon called “Fix Network Drives”, click it. If this doesn’t fix the issue, reboot the computer. If you’re still having issues, contact Tim Gallagher or Gill Bailey.
